It was not so long ago that the whole world seems a million miles away from an obscure town of Surallah at the southwestern tip of the island of Mindanao. An enclave of lush vegetation, virgin forests and friendly people, our enchanting locality has much to offer to the rest of the human race.

 The establishment of the Surallah Website then comes as both an opportunity and a challenge for the people of Surallah. An opportunity because we have been given a chance to share to all of you the beauty and the bounty that the Lord Almighty has bestowed upon us…an opportunity to showcase measures that the Surallahnons, hand in hand with the Local Government Unit, have taken to safeguard and nurture this gift of life and nature.

 Likewise, the establishment of this website signifies the opening of the portal of communication between our simple municipality with the rest of the upbeat and highly sophisticated world. This then poses a challenge for all of us in keeping pace with the progress and development throughout the globe.
